MY SKILLSET

My skills have accumulated through academic work and projects, hands-on work, and volunteer experiences. I am trying to attain a balance between my academic, hands-on, and soft skills so I can apply them to my driven and hard-working personality. I ultimately aspire to have what it takes to do work that I will be proud of and make a difference in the lives of others in need. If you are interested in gathering more information about my skills and experiences, please don't hesitate to contact me. I would be more than happy to discuss with you all of my skills and expertise that I can put at your disposal.

Research Skills

I have experience collecting pertinent and up-to-date knowledge and facts for projects and presentations.

The skills I have gained and developed over the years in work and academics have served me well and helped me progress further than I ever thought possible. I hope to use these skills to further my progression into the dietetics field and beyond. As an RD, I hope to use my skills to gain and apply knowledge and experience and provide care to those I am privileged to serve.

Artifacts

Here are a few examples of artifacts I have produced throughout my academic career. They give an excellent example of the quality of work I am capable of and pride myself on.

Here is an Artifact that I recently produced with a classmate. It is a PowerPoint describing Anisakasis Simplex, one of many nematode species. This PowerPoint goes over various aspects of the parasite, such as A description of the parasite, The process of infection, Its life cycle, Foods associated, Symptoms in humans, Condition Diagnosis, and Treatment and Prevention. This artifact is important because it shows my ability to work in a group, research and analyze information in scholarly articles, and plan and present the collected data in an informative and organized manner.
